We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take a lead on a university fitout project in Melbourne. This is a need due to additional project wins.
This is a 3-month contract commencing in the near future and would suit a Site Manager with strong commercial fitout experience who is confident managing trades, subcontractors and day-to-day site operations.

The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a university fitout
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Manage site safety, quality and programme
- Coordinate site activities and site meetings
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team
- Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong commercial fitout experience
- University, education or institutional fitout experience highly regarded
- Confident managing subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of construction, safety and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the site
