Site Manager - Gladstone

Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a new build childcare centre project based in Gladstone.

This is a long-term contract opportunity running through to November, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Northern Queensland, offering excellent ongoing career prospects.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day site operations of a new build childcare centre project
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Maintain compliance with all WHS requirements and project documentation
• Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to commence ASAP
• Own vehicle and transport required
