Based at Winger's large, purpose-built service facility in Penrose, this is a customer-focused role at the heart of the aftersales operation.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, coordinating service bookings, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
You will manage customers from initial booking and vehicle check-in through to invoicing and collection, working closely with the workshop and parts teams to keep jobs moving and deliver a high standard of service.
This would suit someone with previous automotive service advising or similar aftersales experience who is organised, confident dealing with customers and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.
The usual hours are 7:30am–5:30pm, with rostered Saturday work required.

About the Role
- Managing service bookings and coordinating customer appointments
- Meeting and greeting customers and completing vehicle check-ins
- Discussing servicing and repair requirements with customers
- Creating and maintaining accurate repair orders
- Keeping customers updated on progress, costs and any delays
- Liaising closely with technicians, workshop management and the parts team
- Preparing invoices and clearly explaining completed work and associated charges
- Coordinating loan vehicles and relevant documentation
- Resolving customer queries and concerns professionally
About You
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive aftersales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to confidently manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- A professional, organised and reliable approach
- Confidence working in a busy service and workshop environment
- A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence
- New Zealand residency and the right to work in New Zealand
- Availability to work rostered Saturdays
