Lettings Property Finance Administrator
Limerick City | Full-Time | Permanent | Fully Onsite

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a busy and growing SME property business in Limerick City for an experienced Lettings Property Finance Administrator. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance administration, reconciliations, customer communication, and day-to-day operational support.

This role will heavily focus on reconciliations and financial administration linked to property lettings and landlord accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial records are accurate, payments are tracked correctly, and landlords and tenants receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and balancing landlord accounts
  • Tracking rental income and outgoing payments
  • Processing maintenance payments and supplier invoices
  • Raising and issuing invoices for services provided
  • Carrying out regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate financial and property records
  • Supporting the wider office team with administration duties
  • Answering phones and assisting with general customer queries when required
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration, or property administration
  • Strong reconciliations experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy SME environment where no two days are the same
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and finance systems
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
