The Role

• Provide administrative and operational support to solicitors, including document preparation, file management and scheduling
• Draft, format and proofread legal documents and correspondence, while maintaining accurate records and document systems
• Liaise with clients, courts and external stakeholders, and assist with legal research, billing and general administration

About You

• You will ideally be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and reliable approach to your work
• You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience in a legal or professional services environment or relevant qualifications will be beneficial
