Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Packer Bilingual English and Spanish to join our production team. The Food Packer is responsible for preparing, packing, labelling, and inspecting food products to ensure they meet company quality and safety standards. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare food products for shipment or distribution
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
- Always follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as needed
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Report any damaged or defective products to supervisors
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Attention to detail and strong quality awareness
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift to 40–50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic communication skills
- Previous warehouse or food production experience preferred (not required)

- May involve cold, hot, or refrigerated environments depending on product type
- Fast-paced, repetitive tasks with focus on accuracy and safety
