Duties and Responsibilities:
Measurement & Calibration
- Write basic programs for CMM/VCMM and/or electrical equipment to measure and calibrate parts and equipment
- Fulfill calibration and measurement requests for parts, tool samples, and fixtures; determine what needs to be measured or calibrated
- Ensure fixtures and tools are properly calibrated for parts measurement
- Maintain and make basic adjustments to equipment to keep it within proper operating conditions
Gas & Liquid Measurement
- Operate and maintain custody and operational gas and liquid meters in accordance with industry and BLM standards (orifice, ultrasonic, coriolis, rotary, V-cone, turbine)
- Calibrate, operate, and maintain product quality devices (O2, H2S, H2O)
Data & Reporting
- Track and maintain data in database systems
- Lead direction, analysis, and reporting for complex test projects as needed
Program & Inventory Management
- Maintain and enforce maintenance and calibration schedules
- Maintain parts, equipment, and tool inventory
