Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in San Francisco, CA. This role involves providing direct patient care in a post-acute and long-term care environment, supporting patients with rehabilitation needs and daily living activities.
 
Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care tasks
• Ensure a safe and clean patient environment
• Maintain accurate documentation
 
Requirements:
• Active CNA certification in California
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• BLS certification required
• Must be able to pass background screening
• Strong communication and patient care skills
