Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct open for inspections and private viewings
- Manage incoming rental enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process applications and complete tenant checks
- Prepare lease agreements and coordinate sign-ups
- Liaise with landlords and property managers
- Keep CRM systems and records up to date
- Previous experience in real estate (preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organised with great time management
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
- VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Driver’s licence & reliable car
- Current Police Check
- Clear career progression into Property Management or Sales
- Ongoing training and mentorship
