A leading property developer and operator is seeking a Leasing Manager for a new build-to-rent site in NW London. The role will involve managing a team of negotiators, driving occupancy and overseeing the leasing process.

A leading property developer and operator is seeking a Leasing Manager for a new build-to-rent site in NW London. The role will involve managing a team of negotiators, driving occupancy and overseeing the leasing process.
Responsibilities include:
- Carry out regular rent analysis of the local market.
- Lead and manage a team of Lettings Negotiators.
- Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings and negotiate rental offers.
- Complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Coordinate renewal communications and negotiations.
- Ensure arrival packs are prepared and ready for the tenant move ins.
- Provide first class customer service to residents and applicants.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
- Ensure good presentation of available apartments.
- Coordinating the online marketing for available apartments.
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in line with agreed service levels.
- Assist the Head of Leasing with projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents at all times.
- Experience working as a Manager or Team Leader within lettings.
- Prior experience working in a negotiator role within real estate.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
