As an HSR you will be working directly alongside the Site Manager
  • Peggy duties
  • Site inductions & safety walks
  • SWMS
  • Site inspections
  • Incident reports
  • Ensure all projects are delivered safely and to a high standard
  • General labouring duties
Requirements to be considered for the HSR role:
  • Cert IV in WHS highly desirable
  • Proven track record as a HSR/ OHS Labourer
  • Background in safety on EBA sites
  • Experience in $40m+ builds
  • Focus on quality of construction and exceptional customer service
  • Trustworthy - able to uphold company standards without being micromanaged
  • Background in Hammertech essential
  • Honesty, integrity and positive attitude
