Warehouse - Counting Inventory

We are seeking eager and detail-oriented individuals with strong counting skills to count and maintain an accurate inventory of metal products and materials in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for working with the warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy, recording values while maintaining an organized and safe work area. If you have additional skills, including purchasing, forklift and/or QuickBooks, there is potential for higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory of raw materials and finished products.

• Record inventory data accurately and investigate discrepancies.

• Update inventory records using a computer or inventory system.

• Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment or process issues to supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate inventory counts.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for extended periods.

• Experience with purchasing, inventory, fork truck and/or QuickBooks would be a bonus.  

• Knowledge of basic computer skills, maintaining paperwork and safety practices.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay rate is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour to start and is based on experience

• 1st Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after probation.
