A well-established healthcare system in the Atlanta metro area is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join its growing team in a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice.


Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care role (ICU + outpatient pulmonology mix)
  • Flexible block schedule with structured ICU and clinic rotations
  • Day shift coverage with strong work-life balance

  • Modern ICU with advanced monitoring systems and integrated EMR
  • Procedures include bronchoscopy, PFTs, and sleep studies

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $400K – $450K (experience-based)
  • RVU-based bonus potential
  • Full benefits package including insurance, malpractice w/ tail, PTO, CME
  • Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available
