This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead crews, drive production and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise daily site activity across subdivisions and land development projects.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers.
- Drive program, productivity, safety, quality and site standards.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and authorities.
- Lead from the front and help shape a strong local site culture.
- Experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman or high-performing Leading Hand.
- Strong subdivision, land development, drainage, earthworks or roadworks background.
- Confident managing crews, subcontractors and daily site priorities.
- Practical, calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence.
