We are currently seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a well-established construction business on an initial 2-month contract, with the potential for the role to extend.

Based South of the River, the business has a strong project pipeline across commercial new-build and defence projects, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced bids professional to join an established team.

The Role As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, EOIs and capability statements.

Working closely with estimating, pre-construction, design and project teams, you will manage the bid process from initial brief through to final submission, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compelling and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation, formatting and production of EOIs, tenders and capability statements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure submission requirements are met.
  • Coordinate bid timelines, submission schedules and key deliverables.
  • Prepare and format high-quality submission documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Manage tender documentation, schedules and online submission portals.
  • Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent and professionally presented.
  • Work closely with estimating and project teams to develop compelling tender responses.
  • Assist with maintaining bid templates, content libraries and capability documentation.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of bid processes and quality.
About You You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Submissions Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Experience working on commercial construction or new-build projects.
  • Experience within defence, government or other highly regulated sectors would be highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign – essential.
  • Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with estimating, design and project teams.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when required.
