Aequor Technologies offers its clients Infrastructure Services in a Managed Service environment. Our Hardware Provisioning Group is hiring a Tech to support an out source for one of our major clients. This Tech will be imaging laptops, making repairs( hard Drives, RAM, Disk drives, etc.) and ensuring the laptops are ready to be deployed to the client

Specific duties include;
  • Hardware Imaging (Installing Windows, or system images)
  • Hardware repair
  • Helpdesk Tech Tier I
  • Printer Support

Tools: Windows, Basic Knowledge of MacBook, some Linux experience, Acronis, McAfee, Microsoft System Center (SCCM), Lenovo certification is nice to have

Skills Needed: A (Nice to Have), MSCE desirable, Windows, Hardware Imaging/Support. Lenovo certification is preferred.
