About the role
The Sales Coordinator will play an integral part in streamlining sales processes and enhancing communication between the sales team and suppliers. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure accurate pricing, timely order fulfillment, and effective showroom management.
Key responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate quotes based on specifications and ensure all pricing is correct before submission to the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with suppliers to request availability, pricing, and ETA for special orders, while following up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Maintain up-to-date product and price lists, ensuring the sales team is informed of any changes or delays
  • Support showroom operations by keeping displays clean, stocked, and organized with relevant product information
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks, ensuring professionalism in all internal communications.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role within the building materials or construction industry
  • Strong capability in managing supplier relationships and maintaining accurate product information
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
