All employees are expected to follow work instructions, quality standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements while meeting established productivity targets.Physical Environmental RequirementsThis is a standing position. Employees must remain on their feet throughout the shift except during scheduled breaks (two paid breaks and one 15-minute unpaid lunch). Seating is not available at the press. Frequent walking, reaching, and repetitive use of hands and arms is required. Occasional bending, crouching, and climbing may be necessary. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Good vision is required, including close vision, distance vision, color recognition, and depth perception. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery, with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to heat, fumes, and airborne particles. Essential Duties ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding presses and perform assembly tasks in accordance with established work instructions. Review and follow all production, inspection, quality, and packaging requirements before starting work. Monitor product quality and perform required inspections. Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, scrap, labels, and other required documentation. Package and label products according to specifications. Report equipment malfunctions, production concerns, safety hazards, and quality issues promptly to the Supervisor or Plant Manager. Maintain required production rates and productivity standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and coworkers. Assist in other production areas as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
