High Volume - Customer Service Officer

Are you great with people and looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their supportive team in Mulgrave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role who's ready to transition into an office environment. You'll bring your strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to multitask into a role that combines customer service and administration.

What you'll be doing:

• Answering customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Providing Excellent Customer Service and building positive relationships
• Assisting with Invoicing, Sales Support, and General Administration, including Debtor Control
• Managing daily emails, phone calls, and related office tasks
• Supporting the team in a fast-paced, professional environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Call Center Experience
• Someones who comfortable with answering fast paced calls
• Strong ability to retain information
• Experience in Administration tasks, including Debtor Control
• Strong Communication Skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Organised, Reliable, and Eager to learn new skills
• A Proactive, Team-player attitude
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
