IT Support Officer

Service Desk Analyst
We're seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT support team. In this role, you'll provide first-level technical support, manage incidents and service requests, and ensure users receive timely and effective assistance across a range of IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, escalating issues where required.
• Manage user accounts, access requests, and maintain accurate support documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Active Directory.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
