We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Officers to join a busy and supportive team based in Footscray. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative and data entry skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information across internal systems
• Maintain and manage electronic records and databases
• Respond to email enquiries in a professional manner
• Conduct occasional outbound calls where required
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Provide general administrative support as needed

About You 

• Previous experience in a Data Entry or Administration role (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently in English
• Good written communication skills for professional email correspondence
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous call centre experience will be highly regarded, particularly outbound calling experience
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
