Partnering closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, inventory management, stock flow and delivery processes to ensure the store runs seamlessly.
You'll have an Assistant Ops Manager and dedicated team to support you, allowing you to focus on developing your people, streamlining processes and maintaining exceptional operational standards.
