We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-end restaurant construction, ideally with experience managing projects for sophisticated restaurant groups, hospitality operators or similar high-end commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering high-end restaurant projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally 3–5 projects at a time.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant construction, finishes, MEP coordination and building systems.
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, consultants and project teams.
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, schedules and project documentation.
- Experience with buyout, subcontractor scopes and procurement.
- Strong change order and cost-control experience.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization, quality and schedule.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands the pace, quality expectations and attention to detail required on high-end restaurant projects.
