About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage recruiting operations, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and maintain accurate records. Your role will be vital in ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth hiring process across departments. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless hiring activities and process enhancements.

Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour

Available Shift Times:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ; flexibility is available depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
• Support onboarding and pre-employment screening processes
• Support recruitment metrics and reporting functions
• Assist in improving recruiting workflows and candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with project coordination and process improvement
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team environment
