Machine Learning / Agentic AI Engineer - Mexico
We are seeking a Machine Learning / Agentic AI Engineer to support AI research, experimentation, and prototyping focused on AI compliance and safety. This role is ideal for someone hands-on with ML models, LLMs, notebooks, and rapid prototyping in fast-paced, exploratory environments.
Scope:
• Conduct AI/ML experimentation, benchmarking, and prompt iteration.
• Build quick proof-of-concept prototypes and exploratory projects.
• Work with notebooks and modeling frameworks to analyze results and validate ideas.
• Support AI compliance and safety-related research initiatives.
• Draft project requirements, document findings, and track action items.
• Partner cross-functionally to support research and project execution.
Required:
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ML models, notebooks, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Pluses:
• 2–3 years of experience post-college.
• Experience supporting ML or Data Science projects.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, AI safety, or compliance initiatives.
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00+. Depends on work experience
