Apply directOur client is a specialist welding and industrial gas supplier serving trade, fabrication, engineering, construction, and industrial customers across the Northern Territory, seeking a professional person to join their sales team in a Front Counter role.
The Opportunity:
- Serve customers at the front counter
- Handle counter and phone sales, enquiries and product requests
- Process customer orders, sales transactions and quotations through SAP/Computer systems
- Promote and upsell products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade, industrial and welding customers
- Maintain accurate stock levels
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods
Requirements to fulfill the role:
- Previous experience in customer service, including sales, and industry products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to learn product range
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Clean National Police Clearance
- Full, unlimited working rights
