THE COMPANY
This organisation owns and operates the high voltage transmission infrastructure that powers South Australia, sitting at the centre of one of the most renewables-intensive electricity systems in the world. With a capital works pipeline approaching $4 billion and projects currently reshaping how the state generates and moves energy, this is a business with genuine momentum behind it. The culture is collaborative, the engagement scores are high, and the people here consistently describe meaningful work and strong leadership. For someone who wants their contribution to matter, this is that kind of place.
THE ROLE
This is not a traditional safety role and it is not being advertised as one. This organisation has reached a point in its safety maturity where data, systems and governance are as important as boots on the ground, and they need someone who gets that.
The systems environment is well established and in good shape, but there is real work to do. Some areas are more manual than they should be, some reporting is more complex than it needs to be, and the narrative being delivered to leadership could be sharper. This person's job is to fix that, to own the data, govern it properly, and turn it into something the Board and Executive Management Team can actually act on.
If you have spent your HSE career gravitating toward the systems and data side of the profession, if you get frustrated when platforms do not talk to each other or when good data produces mediocre reporting, this role was written for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply with your current CV and a brief note on your background. Applications are reviewed as received. Alternatively, call direct for a confidential discussion.
