Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on program, and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on site
• Oversee site safety, inductions, and compliance with OH&S requirements
• Maintain site diaries, daily reports, and progress documentation
• Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise
• Monitor quality of works against drawings, specifications, and program
• Manage multiple trades and work fronts simultaneously to maintain program

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager within fitout, refurbishment, or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction programs, safety, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders
• Experience working on commercial, workplace, or similar fitout/refurbishment projects
• Procore software experience
• Full Australian working rights
