Technician

Antigen Manufacturing Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM
Pay: $20/hour
$1000 retention bonus - $500 at 2 weeks, $500 at 90 days

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related science preferred
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience preferred
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile processing (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good written, verbal, and computer skills
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Basic knowledge of quality systems and USDA regulations is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. (20 kg) as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate centrifuges to process and concentrate bacterial antigens used in vaccine production
• Perform aseptic processing to maintain sterile conditions throughout production
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize equipment used in downstream processing
• Accurately complete production records following Good Documentation Practices
• Monitor processes for quality and consistency while following established safety procedures
• Assist with additional downstream processing, cleaning, and production support as needed

This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail. While experience with aseptic techniques is helpful, training is provided for the specific processes used in this role.
