About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partnering Lead, this position forms part of a high-performing Business Partnering team. The role provides expert advice across the full employment lifecycle, with a strong focus on coaching leaders, managing complex ER/IR matters, and driving capability uplift across operational teams.
Key Focus Areas Coaching & Supporting Leaders
You will work closely with operational leaders, particularly those supporting children, young people and vulnerable community groups. A key part of the role is building leader confidence in managing performance, behaviour concerns and challenging conversations.
Employee & Industrial Relations
You will provide expert guidance on performance management, misconduct, underperformance, workplace investigations, grievance resolution and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
Partnering with Operational Leaders
The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence, support and guide leaders through complex people matters in fast-paced service delivery environments.
Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
You will prepare workforce metrics, analyse trends and contribute to attraction, retention and succession planning, providing insights that support organisational decision-making.
Policy Development & Best Practice HR
You will contribute to the development and review of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legislation, best practice and organisational values.
