The Opportunity:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a lead role in the delivery of building projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed designs and specifications for structures.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and practical, and that they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and that structures are built to specifications and standards.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and address any issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
- Coordinating junior engineers and drafters, providing guidance and support as needed, and delegating tasks and responsibilities.
We’re seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused engineer with the following:
- Circa 5+ years of structural engineering experience on multistory building projects
- Proven capability in structural design, analysis, and documentation
- Experience managing resources, coordinating teams, and working directly with clients
- Ability to lead and mentor engineers and drafters on project delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, practical, and solutions-driven mindset
- Competitive salary package: $120,000–$140,000+ (flexible for the right person)
