An award-winning academic anesthesiology group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to help build their new residency program.
With only 16 shifts per month and half of those ending early, this role was built around physician retention, and it is proven by the tenure of their Anesthesiology team.
Opportunity Highlights:
• Over 170 days off per year, built into the schedule.
• Just 16 12-hour shifts per month.
• Half of all shifts end in early release.
• Subspecialty expertise encouraged in Critical Care, OB, and Pediatric Anesthesia.
The Package:
• 90th Percentile Academic Base Salary + additional compensation for extra shifts.
• $50,000 sign-on and relocation package.
• Student loan repayment available through PSLF and NHSC.
