Our client, a dynamic and innovative construction company, are seeking a legal counsel to join its national legal team.
You will review and advise on construction contracts (including relating to the Olympics), working closely with the tender teams on negotiations, assessing legal risk along the way. You’ll work on developments / contracts worth a min. of $100m and be confident to negotiate Australian Standard construction contracts without supervision.
You will work within a team of lawyers with stellar backgrounds and have experience as a front-end construction lawyer at a reputable firm and/or in-house.
This position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
