An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing precast contractor delivering a major data centre project in Tullamarine.

The Role:
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer across project delivery
  • Coordinating precast installation, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Managing stakeholder communication across site teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Working across systems including Procore, Aconex, and other construction platforms
  • Assisting in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within precast, civil.
  • Exposure to data centre, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar systems highly regarded
