Fund Accounting Manager

This position involves managing bookkeeping, accounts finalization, and GST compliance for clients based in Singapore. The role requires taking full ownership of engagements and maintaining strong client relationships, with guidance from senior team members as needed.
 

• Independently oversee client accounting engagements from initial proposal to execution while collaborating with regional delivery teams
• Handle fund accounting, manage accounts for fund managers, and file required quarterly and annual regulatory forms with MAS
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and processes, with a hands-on approach to completing tasks independently when required
• Address all GST-related matters arising from accounting activities and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate financial transaction records and manage tasks including finalization, cash flow reporting, audit coordination, and statutory filings
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements (aligned with IFRS), cash flow analyses, and performance reports to key stakeholders and investors
• Work continuously to improve processes and develop client relationships across diverse business environments

• Graduate or ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently for at least 3 years, covering client proposals, bookkeeping, finalization, and GST compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and interpret financial reports
• Experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms is required
