Capital Partners are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to take ownership of their learning ecosystem—designing programs, elevating capability, and creating a culture where development is embedded in how they work every day.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll influence learning across all levels of the company.
What you’ll be doing
You won’t just coordinate training—you’ll shape how learning happens:
Design & Deliver
Create and deliver end-to-end learning experiences for diverse audiences
Facilitate engaging sessions that are practical, structured and impactful
Ensure every program is aligned to real capability outcomes
Build Capability Frameworks
Conduct needs analysis and map learning to capability frameworks
Develop career pathways and structured development rhythms
Align programs to skills progression and business priorities
Own the Learning Experience
Manage and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS)
Keep content fresh, accessible and relevant
Ensure learning is seamless from enrolment to application
Drive Insights & Continuous Improvement
Capture and interpret data (attendance, feedback, capability signals)
Measure learning effectiveness and transfer
Continuously refine programs, systems and processes
Partner Across the Business
Work with leaders and operational teams on learning needs and priorities
Support presenters and create a strong learning culture
Lead vendor/tool selection and implementation where needed
Manage CPD & Accreditation
Oversee CPD workflows and tracking systems (e.g. Aspire)
Ensure compliance while creating meaningful development opportunities
