About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Greenlight Expert to join a fast-paced support hub environment. This role involves providing in-person and virtual support to driver-partners and prospective drivers, assisting them with onboarding, account-related queries, documentation, and platform support.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, preferably within a face-to-face support environment, and be comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries while escalating more complex issues when required.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional in-person and virtual support to driver-partners and prospective drivers.
• Assist with account setup, onboarding, and document verification processes.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and mobile application functionality.
• Guide partners through platform policies, updates, and best practices.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Escalate and follow up on more complex cases with internal support teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Previous customer support or customer service experience required.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently and professionally.
