We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a busy workshop based in Henderson. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move away from FIFO and secure consistent, local work with solid hours.
The Role

Working in a well-established workshop environment, you will be responsible for the fabrication of structural steel and piping, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings
  • Fabricate structural steel and piping
  • Perform high-quality welding using flux core and MIG processes
  • Maintain safety and quality standards within the workshop
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Metal Fabrication (Boilermaker Trade)
  • Proven experience in a similar workshop-based role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Proficiency in flux core and MIG welding
  • Construction Safety Awareness (White Card)
Highly Regarded
  • Experience working on Water Corporation projects
  • Additional tickets such as:
    • MR Licence
    • EWP
    • Working at Heights (WAH)
    • Confined Space Entry (CSE)
    • Rigger/Dogman
