Role Duties
- Lead regional operations migration programmes
- Define transition plans, runbooks and cutover criteria
- Coordinate dress rehearsals and production go-live
- Manage data migration, classification and quality
- Present clearly to C-suite and regional stakeholders
Role Requirements
- 15+ years in insurance technology programme management
- Experience with operations migration or outsourcing
- Azure Data Factory, Synapse or equivalent ETL tools
- Highly organised and delivery-focused
- Strong PowerPoint skills – clear, concise, professional
