A well-established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role across office operations, administration, and executive support. This is a varied position suited to someone proactive, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to Directors and senior management
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Manage office operations and administration processes
  • Support project administration and documentation
  • Handle onboarding, office supplies, and general coordination
  • Assist with accounts administration, invoicing, and PO management
  • Maintain a professional and efficient office environment
About You
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
  • Experience within construction, engineering, property, or trades highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
