The organisation
A specialist neuroradiology and neurosciences imaging centre in Melbourne is partnering with ImagingHQ to appoint a Neuro and Spine MRI Radiographer. The centre operates a high-complexity 3T MRI program in close partnership with a neurosurgical and neurology clinical team.
The role
You will perform complex neurological and spinal MRI examinations including 3T brain MRI (DWI, FLAIR, perfusion, spectroscopy), spine MRI, and post-operative neurosurgical studies. You will work closely with the neuroradiology reporting team and neurosurgeons, and contribute to protocol development and quality governance.
What we're looking for
AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Radiography) is required. Demonstrated MRI experience is essential; neuro or spine MRI specialisation is highly regarded. We support overseas-trained radiographers through the ASMIRT skills assessment process and AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.
