Are you an experienced Contract Administrator looking to work across a diverse portfolio of high-quality fit out and construction projects? This is an opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected commercial builder delivering projects across Canberra and the wider ACT region.
The opportunity
You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from commercial fit outs through to new build construction. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you’ll be responsible for managing contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The opportunity
You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from commercial fit outs through to new build construction. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you’ll be responsible for managing contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts across multiple projects
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages
- Manage procurement processes and letting of trades
- Track project costs, variations, and cash flow forecasting
- Assess and process progress claims and variations
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction (ideally in the Canberra/ACT Market)
- Exposure to both fit out and new build projects (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
