Opportunities Available:
We're building capability across our People & Culture function and are currently seeking expressions of interest for a range of opportunities, including:
HR Advisors & HR Business Partner (Perth Hills: HRBP + HR Advisor and Fremantle: HR Advisor)
Partner with operational leaders across manufacturing and production environments to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support. You'll provide advice across employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, leadership capability, organisational change and people initiatives that directly support business performance.
Recruitment & Mobilisation Lead (Fremantle)
Lead end-to-end recruitment while supporting workforce planning, skilled migration, mobilisation and onboarding activities across a diverse workforce. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our operations are supported by the right people, at the right time.
HR Administrator (Fremantle)
Support the delivery of exceptional People & Culture services through high-quality administration, process improvement and systems support while helping create a positive employee experience across the organisation.
Positions are available across the Perth Hills and Fremantle regions.
