About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman to join a leading civil contractor delivering major TMR infrastructure works across North Brisbane. This role will suit a hands-on supervisor with strong experience managing crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations across road, drainage, earthworks, and utilities packages.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard while coordinating directly with project management and site teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard while coordinating directly with project management and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities across civil construction packages.
- Coordinate direct labour, plant operators, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Deliver works in accordance with TMR specifications, drawings, and project programs.
- Manage site safety, pre-starts, SWMS, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and program performance on site.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and client representatives.
- Ensure QA documentation, inspections, and ITPs are completed accurately.
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Coordinate earthworks, pavements, drainage, concrete, utilities, and roadworks activities.
- Maintain strong site housekeeping and environmental compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman on major infrastructure or TMR projects.
- Strong understanding of TMR standards and specifications.
- Experience managing civil crews and subcontractors on live construction sites.
- Background in road construction, bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements, or structures highly regarded.
- Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and construction documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- White Card – mandatory.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Relevant civil construction qualifications highly regarded.
