Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support onsite low voltage technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards

  • Manage daily project tasks and help keep installations on schedule

  • Oversee and perform installation, termination, dressing, and labeling of CAT5/CAT6 cabling

  • Work with fiber connectivity and data/network infrastructure

  • Punch down voice and data jacks, ensuring secure and reliable connections

  • Install and work with patch panels, cable trays, and related network equipment

  • Install cameras and related low voltage equipment

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, system layouts, and technical drawings

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site as needed

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial or industrial low voltage, structured cabling, or network experience

  • Proven experience leading crews or working in a lead technician role

  • Strong working knowledge of telecom, data, and network infrastructure

  • BICSI experience or certification highly preferred

  • Fiber connectivity experience and/or certifications

  • Experience with CAT5/CAT6, punch-downs, RJ45 crimpers, patch panels, and cable trays

  • Camera installation experience

  • Manufacturer certifications are a plus

  • Must possess basic hand tools and required PPE

  • No travel currently required for temporary employees
