Apply directNesco Resource is seeking a dependable Facilities Coordinator for a temporary assignment with a well-established company in Lakeland, FL. This position will provide general facilities, cleaning, and maintenance support while a team member is on leave.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Assignment: Approximately 4 weeks, through early November
Training: No specialized training required
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general facility upkeep and maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Assist with basic facility-related tasks and minor maintenance needs
- Report maintenance or facility issues to the appropriate team members
- Support the Facilities team with daily tasks and projects
- Follow all company safety and cleanliness procedures
- Perform other general facilities duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable performing cleaning and general maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Previous facilities, janitorial, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
