工具平台开发工程师（Release Management）

Release Management Team 负责管理所有产品级发布流程，同时致力于推动公司发布流程的自动化与效率提升。团队在此基础上自主孵化新一代提效平台，致力于构建更开放、灵活的流程提效工具，进一步提升协作效率、降低协作成本、加速交付。

岗位职责
1.负责公司内部流程提效平台的前端（Vue 3 + TypeScript）与后端（Python）功能的设计、开发和迭代优化。
2.参与技术方案选型与架构设计，撰写高质量、可维护的代码，并持续提升产品的性能、体验与稳定性。
3.设计与开发高可用、可扩展的 RESTful API，并与前端界面进行高效集成。
4.参与数据库设计、优化及系统性能调优。
5.随着平台发展，逐步承担项目协调与推进，提升整体交付效率与影响力。

任职要求
1.不少于三年工作经验，全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
2.精通 JavaScript、TypeScript、CSS，熟悉浏览器原理、HTTP 协议、前端安全。
3.熟练掌握 Vue 3（或其他主流前端框架），理解组件化、状态管理等核心原理。
4.熟悉前端工程化工具（Vite、Webpack 等），具备模块化、组件化开发思维。
5.熟悉 Python，具备使用 FastAPI / Django / Flask 等框架的后端开发经验。
6.熟悉主流关系型数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL 等），了解 NoSQL 更佳。
7.具备良好的 API 设计与系统集成经验，熟悉 RESTful API 规范。
8.强烈的责任心和主动性，能够自我驱动并解决问题。
9.优秀的学习能力和沟通能力，对新技术保持好奇心。
10.能适应全英文工作环境（读写/会议）。

加分项：
1.有数据可视化、AI Agent、大模型应用或 AIGC 产品实践经验。
2.有项目管理经验，或熟悉 Jira 等协作工具。
3.对企业流程优化、效率工具建设有兴趣或经验。
