Structural Manager

V7 Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading General Contractor in the data centre sector to appoint an experienced Structural Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing project cost plans, budgets, labour, commissioning procedures, and overall project performance relating to structural works.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the set-up of structural activities, ensuring best practice processes, reporting structures, and project schedules are implemented from the outset
• Maintaining continuous engagement with key stakeholders including clients and design teams to drive project performance
• Overseeing client satisfaction across cost, scope, and programme delivery
• Proactively monitoring project health & safety standards, along with team culture and behaviours
• Ensuring quality targets are consistently met and exceeded

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a similar role managing structural packages within a contracting environment
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, and lead by example
