Position Summary / Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders • Develop individualized patient therapy plans • Document progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements • Current Speech Language Pathologist license • Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred • Strong patient communication and documentation skills
