Practice alongside 2 physicians and 3 APPs in a brand new facility with a state-of-the-art clinic, exam rooms, and procedure room all under the same roof as the hospital.

Opportunity:
• 7 Days on/7 Days Off
• Broad rural practice with 4-days in the outpatient clinic
